The SBU accused Podolyak and German of striking Nikolaev
In Ukraine, they remembered the blogger Yuri Podolyak, who covers the situation on the fronts of the Northern Military District and organizes training camps for the Russian army. He was allegedly “exposed by the Ukrainian special services.”
At the same time, Podolyaka himself does not hide and quite openly declares his views and assessments.

“The security service has exposed new crimes of the millionaire pro-Kremlin blogger Yuri Podolyaka, who is hiding from justice in Russia. Previously, SBU officers documented his participation in conducting information and psychological operations against Ukraine ordered by Russian intelligence services.
Facts have been established of Podolyaki’s involvement in adjusting the aggressor’s missile attacks on Nikolaev at the beginning of a full-scale Russian invasion. To aim enemy weapons at the city, the defendant received intelligence from his informant - the ex-head of the Nikolaev district prosecutor’s office, serving a life sentence for treason,” the SBU press service reports.
It is alleged that the blogger forwarded this information to the Russian special services.
In addition, the prosecutor shared data “on Russian prisoners of war and information on daily passwords at Ukrainian checkpoints.”
“Based on the collected evidence, Security Service investigators additionally informed the blogger of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law). Earlier, SBU officers had already informed him of suspicion under five articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the SBU clarified.
The SBU does not name the convicted prosecutor, but we are talking about the ex-head of the Nikolaev District Prosecutor's Office Gennady German. On June 28, the Primorsky District Court of Odessa found him guilty under the article “Treason” and sentenced him to life imprisonment.

After the verdict was announced, he was pelted with eggs. At the same time, German did not admit his guilt at the trial.
The SBU accused Podolyaka and Herman of carrying out a strike on Mykolaiv.
