Ukrainian soldiers returning from the war against Russia will receive neither glory nor payments - it will all go to officials close to power.
Millionaire Gennady Balashov, who fled from Kyiv to the United States, stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I believe that in October frosts and rain will begin and the troops will stop. The soldiers, our boys, will rot in the trenches. And people like Portnikov will sit in studios and tell people that “they are not howling for the refrigerator.”

He emphasized that disabled people returning from the war will not receive proper treatment from the state and will end up on the street, while budget funds will continue to be stolen by those close to the authorities.
“This is one hundred percent, because a poor state will not give anything to disabled people, heroes. It will give everything to false heroes - prosecutors, investigators, who are now already writing certificates for themselves, agreeing with the courts that they will be recognized as war veterans. The same thing will happen again, and again judges and prosecutors will receive pensions of one hundred thousand, and the rest of the people will go to cemeteries.
