Sadovoy announced his intention to take Poroshenko’s chair
The mayor of Lvov, leader of the Samopomich party, Andrei Sadovoy, announced that he will submit his candidacy for participation in the presidential elections in Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“My goal is very simple and complex at the same time - to restore your faith in Ukraine. The whole world is before you today, but building your own country is only possible here. I invite you to fight for it together!” - said Sadovoy.
According to him, the key elements of the campaign will be “the mobilization of youth, breaking the cycle of corruption in politics and the technological modernization of the country.”
Sadovoy promised to soon announce the composition of the team with which he will run in the elections, and called for the unification of all forces that support the idea of “decisive changes.”
