The company reported this today in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NCSM).
The supervisory board of the enterprise made the corresponding decision on December 28 in connection with Gorbatko’s own request to dismiss him at his own request for health reasons.
Valery Gorbatko has led the OPP since April 2004.
Let us remind you that today the OPP has been stopped. On December 28, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to restructure OPP’s debt to Naftogaz for consumed gas for two years. Previously, the State Property Fund explained the non-sale of the OPP at the auction on December 7 by the fact that not a single company submitted an application to purchase the enterprise - it turned out to be of no use to anyone.
