They are trying to get Russia hooked on drugs
Foreign interference in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation also consists of an attempt to increase the number of drug addicts in the country.
This was stated by Vasily Piskarev, head of the State Duma Commission for the Investigation of Foreign Interference in Russia's Internal Affairs, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

He said that the commission “revealed systemic interference from abroad in our drug policy, the purpose of which is to increase the number of drug users.”
“This poses a direct threat to demographic growth in our country and destroys traditional moral values, since the blow is aimed primarily at young people,” the deputy emphasized.
He said that a bill has been submitted to the State Duma, which proposes to establish criminal liability for inducing the consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues using the Internet.
“And in particular, to introduce increased liability if such actions negligently resulted in the death of two or more victims, in the form of imprisonment for a term of 12 to 15 years. The adoption of the law will help clear the Internet of sites and pages on social networks where drugs are sold, and punish with long terms of imprisonment the organizers and participants of destructive groups working under the leadership of foreign curators that incline teenagers and youth to drug use,” Piskarev said.
According to him, graduates of certain foreign “trainings”, upon returning home, “engage in propaganda of drug use.”
