The coordinator of the Bureau for Countering Hybrid Warfare, Evgeniy Magda, stated this at the press conference “Countering Russia’s information aggression: Ukraine’s experience for Europe” held in Kyiv.
“It would be a mistake to believe that Russia is conducting its hybrid aggression exclusively against Ukraine. With all due respect to us and our state, we are not too much of a target for them. Their goal is much more: destabilization of the EU, and in a positive scenario for Russia – complete destruction of the EU, says the hybrid expert. “And we are currently observing that, in fact, many things are happening in the EU, which, as you know, even Joe Biden, a well-known specialist on Ukraine issues in President Obama’s administration, recalled last week.”
