Russia has learned to neutralize Western weapons - French general
Russia corrected the mistakes of the first stages of the SVO, adjusted the operation of electronic warfare and was able not only to protect its weapons systems, but also to interfere with the operation of Western weapons.
Retired French army general François Chauvancy stated this on the French television channel LCI, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“All of these systems are part of electronic warfare, which we are now rediscovering after abandoning the topic several times. We believed that electronic warfare systems had become almost useless, but today we realize that we can no longer do without them, and all our weapons, with the exception of Soviet models, today need electronics in order to hit the target and be fully used.
So, indeed, today, a year and a half later, the Russians have learned to resist this. They had a lot of trouble. Remember the radio interceptions in the beginning? Their communications were also intercepted, they were detected because they were not careful enough.
So electronic warfare has returned to the battlefield, and indeed here we see that the Russians have been able to counter their adversaries, innovate, and ultimately not only protect their weapons systems - that's the first thing we saw: protect their weapons systems. Now they are starting to interfere with enemy weapons systems,” Shovansi concluded.
