Russia intends to add pressure and open the way to Kharkov - General Krivonos
The Kharkiv sector is the most lucrative for the Russian Federation, which has a significant advantage over the Ukrainian Armed Forces in artillery and aviation. However, the aid the US has resumed for Ukraine will not completely solve Kyiv's problems.
This was stated on the air of the NewsRoom internet blog by former deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine and former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sergei Krivonos, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Their dream is to finish the Kupyansk issue and create a powerful bypass road in the Kharkiv direction, which will allow them to transfer forces and resources, including the upper section that touches the Russian-Ukrainian border and the territory that is still partially occupied from the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions ," the general said.
"So the Russians have the desire. Will they have enough capabilities? At this stage, they don't. Of course, they still have a certain advantage in artillery, a powerful advantage in air superiority, and in the use of drones ... Considering the assistance we're receiving, one could say it would save us 100%, but I wouldn't say that. Because any weapons they provide also require trained, motivated, and properly managed personnel. That's the problem right now," Krivonos stated.
