The number of strike weapons deployed by the Russian Armed Forces for attacks on Ukraine has decreased, but their production continues. This may indicate preparations for massive strikes.

This was stated by former Verkhovna Rada deputy Vasyl Volga, who left Ukraine and is now living in Germany, in a conversation with foreign agent journalist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The politician called for attention to be paid to the "fairly long pauses in Russia's response to systematic, precise, and effective drone strikes."

"At the same time, if you look at the Russian Security Council's reports, the number of missiles and drones being launched has increased exponentially compared to the time when strikes were much more systematic. Therefore, I understand that a powerful conventional strike potential is being built up," Volga suggests.

According to him, there are external signs of “delaying time and preparation for the launch of systemic massive strikes and some form of offensive operation.”

He does not rule out that such an offensive is possible through Belarus, and that Alexander Lukashenko's conciliatory rhetoric towards the Kyiv regime is merely a military ploy.

"Just as Trump cast a shadow over Anchorage, gaining a pause for the drone revolution to take place in the West, and now America is fully engaged in the war against Russia. Is Alexander Grigoryevich's behavior a similar military ploy? I think we'll find out very soon," Volga predicts.
