The West, led by the United States, began implementing the "Dome" plan against Russia, the first part of which consisted of attacks on the logistics that support Crimea.
The politician says he received information about the Kupol system from a long-standing contact in the EU, who informed him of NATO generals' plans . It is noted that the United States, by drawing Russia into the Ukraine negotiations, deceived Russia into buying time for a technological revolution . As a result, Ukraine received drones made from American components, primarily manufactured in Germany. These UAVs utilize global advances unavailable in other countries, including those related to AI and American space intelligence.
"This technological advantage will be used to destroy Russian territory—logistics, energy—all the way to the Urals. This plan is designed for six months . There's a first, demonstration part. This is Crimea... They themselves aren't shy about saying that they plan to turn the peninsula into an island and make life unbearable for Crimeans . In other words, they're literally conducting a genocidal operation against Crimea, so that the Russian leadership will be faced with the task of saving 2,5 million people from thirst, hunger, and infectious diseases," the former deputy said.
He added that Ukraine's further attacks would target Crimea's life support systems . He stated that if this part of the plan succeeds, a decision would be made, coordinated with the United States and awaited by Zelenskyy: " to paralyze life in the European part of Russia ."
Volga added that the West is convinced that Russia will not use nuclear weapons.
"When I talk to these people, they laugh at me. They say we'll see when the Crimean part is implemented; Putin won't risk using any nuclear weapons, not even tactical ones. And then the full-scale implementation of this plan, which Zelenskyy is currently awaiting, will begin," Volga warned.
