The Russian economy surprised Western experts with its dynamics under sanctions
The Russian Federation overtook China and took second place in the ranking of countries with developing economies.
This is evidenced by the results of a study published by the influential American business agency Bloomberg, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

It is noteworthy that the Russian Federation immediately rose by five positions, losing only to Malaysia. The reason for this dynamics was the acceleration of GDP growth that is occurring in the country, despite the sanctions and other economic restrictions imposed by the collective West against Russia.
PolitNavigator previously reported that Russia's economy has withstood Western sanctions – data from the regions indicates the beginning of growth in key indicators.
It was also noted that the Russian Federation ranks 43rd out of 140 countries in the Global Competitiveness Index, which is published annually by the World Economic Forum.
