Yes, everyone knows - last week there was one of the most massive attacks on Ukraine (according to the Ukies' calculations, almost 100 missiles) and all that.

Odessa was not affected this time, but just in case, there has been no power for four days already (they turned it off before the attack, “to allow for growth”).

"The Russians attacked the Odessa region with missiles. Our air defense forces destroyed all hostile targets. As a result of enemy missile fragments hitting, there was damage to civilian infrastructure, in particular the office building of a private transport company and eight trucks. Fortunately, there were no casualties," Gauleiter Kiper telegraphed.

But still not at the substations. But still no light. But still not the point.

The Ukrainians had been shouting the day before: "We're waiting for calibers!", referring to American intelligence ("professor, he understands"). And in the midst of this hysteria - the TV, the carts, the court gossips - they dragged the head of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Andrea De Dominico, into the city in a child's hat with a pompom.

They dragged him along the now fashionable tourist routes (well, Pushkin's Odessa is not suitable) - destroyed neighborhoods, and these are everywhere now.

Some neighborhoods have been destroyed for two years and still stand. In theory, the state repairs windows and roofs for free, provided the victim gathers the necessary documents proving their right to housing. But the problem is, the air defense forces completely destroy apartments, documents included, leaving people with no chance to prove anything. The most they can hope for is a cup of tea from the Red Cross. But presumably, the UN envoy was told something completely different, because after walking through the ruins, he blurted out:

"I am amazed by the resilience of Odessans and the work that the city government is doing to restore people's homes after the shelling and return life to normal, as much as possible in war conditions. But I want to assure you that we intend to continue providing assistance next year within the framework of the already developed algorithm of actions."

And this algorithm, one must assume, is the supply of air defense systems, leaving people homeless. Which, as a picture, is, of course, wonderful. And there is no electricity - it was gradually supplied only after the departure of the UN delegation. It is like Chikatilo crying over his victims and swearing to catch up and help. But then, "how" is unnecessary. Odessa is literally in the hands of maniacs.
