Ukraine has accumulated reserves and is preparing to launch a new massive offensive, and the proposals for negotiations are just a distraction.
Military correspondent Roman Saponkov stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
