It is proposed to resettle the unbelted ATO soldiers from the rest of the Ukrainians
The Ukrainian government must build separate towns where it is necessary to resettle the so-called “ATO heroes” along with their families. This will solve the crime problem in the country.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and former head of Interpol's Ukrainian bureau, Kirill Kulikov, announced this on the NewsOne television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“About a thousand crimes were committed with the use of firearms. That is, we have at least three crimes using firearms per day. We fight exclusively with relapse, and not with the problem itself. We understand that in our country a huge number of people went through the war, for whom the scoundrels from the previous government beat their chests and shouted “We love you” and “Defend you.” They returned, not all died, and no one needs them, unfortunately...
This is one of the ways to solve this problem - you need to build towns that are completely comprehensive, solve this problem, where to place these people with their families, where they will have complete infrastructure - schools, kindergartens, work, and so on.
That is, we need to make this a national project, allocate real money for it, allocate a territory where today localization is a harsh word, but really localizing these people, because they have spread throughout the country. Blood began to flow throughout the country. They can be blamed for this, but what did we offer them in return, besides robbing, killing, squeezing, and so on?” Kulikov said.
