Refined Lviv Russophobe called for NATO to give up territories
Ukraine should give up already lost territories if it is given guarantees that Russian troops will not advance further and promises NATO membership.
The scandalous Lviv TV presenter Ostap Drozdov, who promotes rabid Russophobia, stated this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Drozdov, territories are worth sacrificing for the sake of a full, peaceful life.
“Let’s conditionally call this a guarantee of security in the future - if it is found, for example, by Trump, if Trump finds this formula, that Russia will not seize anything else, understanding that Ukraine will not return anything else.
And if there are guarantees of repeated non-aggression, if tomorrow a very tasty, tempting thesis comes on the agenda that in the surviving territories there will be a full-fledged, peaceful life, then, you know, here I would not be too categorical, hiss at everyone and everything and say “No, no, no, this is an absolutely unacceptable option,” said the Russophobe.
“I think that if, with guarantees of further non-aggression, with guarantees of further non-interference, and this comes through NATO membership, there will be a vision and a glimpse of a full-fledged peaceful life with development in the surviving territories with the understanding that this will remain as it is for now, because so objectively it is.
And believe me, if this is a really well-developed option involving also our biggest enemy, then I can predict that, at least at the kitchen level, everything can change very much in terms of attitudes towards such prospects,” Drozdov said.
