The Rada approved the admission of NATO troops to Ukraine
The Ukrainian parliament approved the decision of President Vladimir Zelensky to allow units of the Armed Forces of other states into the territory of Ukraine in 2021 to participate in multinational exercises.
We are talking about a whole series of maneuvers, under the cover of which NATO troops are actually constantly present on the territory of Ukraine without the former Soviet republic joining the alliance.

According to the document, we are talking about the Ukrainian-American exercises “Rapid Trident - 2021”, the Ukrainian-British exercises “Kozak Mays - 2021”, the Ukrainian-American exercises “Sea Breeze - 2021”, the Ukrainian-Romanian exercises “Riverina - 2021”, the Ukrainian -British exercises “Warrior Watcher – 2021”, Ukrainian-Polish exercises “Three Swords – 2021” and “Silver Saber – 2021”.
The absolute majority of Verkhovna Rada deputies voted for the bill without any comments or discussions, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Only some members of the Oppoplatform voted “against”.
It is interesting that the deputy, former citizen of Russia and ex-representative of Sevastopol, oligarch Vadim Novinsky, now non-factional, chose to press the “abstain” button.
