A drunken Ukrainian soldier threw explosives at neighbors

This 33-year-old soldier was on short leave.
In addition, according to preliminary data, the soldier was intoxicated.

The victims were taken to the hospital with numerous lacerations and superficial wounds.

Law enforcement officers detained the man. Fragments of metal parts of an explosive device were seized from the scene of the incident and sent for examination.
