This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Third Sector analytical center, Andrei Zolotarev, according to whom, the Russian strategy in relation to Kyiv is for Russia to “deal with the Ukrainian problem vis-a-vis.”
“We are gradually moving towards this,” the expert believes. – Even if it hasn’t worked out now, even the very posing of this question is an alarming bell. Moreover, in a few months there is a change of shifts in the White House, and, as it seems to me, Putin will play it out to the fullest,” the expert predicts.
