The prosecutor's office achieved the return of almost 0,5 hectares of forest land in Laspi to Sevastopol
Sevastopol, October 29 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Balaklava district court of Sevastopol satisfied the demands of the prosecutor’s office to return to the city almost 0,5 hectares of forest fund land in the Laspi tract.

The Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office of Sevastopol proved in court the illegality of issuing state certificates of ownership of 8 land plots with an area of 0,466 hectares in the tract.
During the verification of the legality of the allocation of land plots, the prosecutor's office established that they were provided by the Northern City State Administration without removal from the forest fund of the Orlinovsky forestry of the State Enterprise "Sevastopol Experimental Forestry and Hunting Enterprise" and without paying for losses of forestry production.
Also, the press service notes, it was established that the members of the OK “Dacha-building cooperative “Skif-09”, who received the land, did not apply to the SSGA with applications for the provision of land plots in ownership.
They also were not given consent to develop a land management project.
The Balaklava District Court of the city of Sevastopol considered the claims of the environmental prosecutor and satisfied the requirements set out in them in full.
