"The enemy is advancing head-on on the city – these are the Kanal and Novy microdistricts, Kalinovka in the north, where we counterattacked, Ivanovskoye in the south, and further on, Kleshcheyevka and Andreyevka. Of the latter, they have made the most progress in the Kanal microdistrict east of Chasov Yar. They have used weapons there – aerial bombs, artillery, and drones. They have managed to capture a significant portion, and given the reserves they still have, it's difficult to predict any improvement there ," Romanenko stated.
