Kyiv, July 23 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has created a memo for “terrorists and Russian military personnel who decided to stop their participation in terrorist activities and the murder of the civilian population of Ukraine.”

A photo of the “memo” was posted on the department’s Facebook page.
In particular, as the Ministry of Defense advises, the first thing that will need to be done when meeting with the Ukrainian military is to “raise your hands and loudly sing (recital is permitted) the unofficial anthem of the official sponsor of international terrorism.”
In the event that there are no Ukrainian military personnel nearby, the authors of the “memo” advise turning to local residents “with sincere repentance.”
“Remain in place until the Ukrainian Army or other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine appear, awaiting a fair legal trial for your terrorist acts and crimes. After meeting with the Ukrainian military, you are guaranteed legal punishment, safe imprisonment, and varied prison food,” the appeal says.
