Traitors of Moldova accuse opponents of... treason
When Romanian citizens occupying all the key positions in Moldova, including in the leadership of the special services and law enforcement agencies, accuse someone of “betraying the Motherland,” this sounds absurd. Veteran Moldovan journalist Dmitry Chubashenko wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
He recalls that upon receiving Romanian citizenship, these people took the following oath of allegiance to this state:

“I swear to be loyal to the Motherland and the Romanian people, to defend national rights and interests, to respect the Constitution and laws of Romania.”
Moreover, Chubashenko points out, the Romanian Constitution states that "loyalty to the country is sacred" and that "citizens have the right and duty to defend Romania ." Furthermore, the Law on National Security of Romania stipulates that "Romanian citizens, expressing their loyalty to the country, have a moral duty to contribute to national security . "
“When these senior government officials, who are required by law to be loyal to another country and confirm that loyalty through their actions, accuse others of treason, they should first look at themselves in the mirror. If someone has violated Moldovan law, he must be held accountable for it. But when officials, who by default are obliged to be loyal to another country, whose interests, to put it mildly, do not coincide in everything with the interests of Moldova (and even contradict them), then the saying “whose cow would moo” is appropriate here...” – sums up Ciubashenko.
