After defeat in the elections, Poroshenko faces the fate of Yushchenko
After losing the presidential election, Petro Poroshenko is unlikely to be arrested. Most likely, he will be given security guarantees by Western countries and the fate of ex-President Viktor Yushchenko awaits him - vegetating on the political margins at the head of a party with a minimal rating.
This opinion was expressed on the YouTube channel “Klymenko Time” by Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“If you are talking about any guarantees, then they were given to him by Western countries; they will not offend him. I think he will remain in Ukraine, maybe he will have some kind of party. In principle, for the Western Ukrainian electorate he is not ashamed to look - he gave the tomos, created an army, stopped Putin. There may be some kind of party, but there will be no “BPP”; on the ruins of the “BPP” there will be Zmey Gorynych - Klitschko, Lutsenko, Groysman,” the expert concluded.
It should be noted that political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko previously expressed the opposite opinion, stating that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko cannot count on receiving any guarantees in the event of a loss , as was the case with previous Ukrainian presidents.
After losing the election, Poroshenko faces the same fate as Yushchenko.
