Ukrainian propagandist Yuriy Butusov stated this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Butusov, Russia is conducting a new stage of the special operation, which should end with the destruction of Ukraine.
“After the destruction of Ukraine’s energy system and a total blackout, the Russians will hit bridges and communication centers... Now Putin has begun the third or already fourth stage of a special military operation.
