After quarantine, Kiev residents will face crushes and scandals in transport
After the lifting of quarantine, it will not be possible to quickly increase the number of passenger transport in Kyiv, and it will be difficult to travel during rush hour.
This was stated on air by Valentin Zemlyansky, an analyst for the alternative expert government, on the NEWSONE television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Judging by the way the system was built during the quarantine period, I very much doubt that after quarantine we will think of launching a larger number of buses and trolleybuses on routes so that people do not gather at stops, as we see now. Even people with special passes who need to get to work stand in queues and take two hours to get to work.
What if suddenly everything opens up, then the number of transport on the route will immediately increase sharply? Nothing like that.
Transport collapse - no, but crowds - yes. Again, will they transport 10 people each? Then, with the number of cars that are now in parks and on routes, I’m afraid that crushes and conflict situations during rush hours will not be avoided,” Zemlyansky said.
Kyiv residents can expect crowds and scandals on public transport after the quarantine.
