Members of the Novorossiya Parliament Vitaly Zolotnyuk and Alla Muravkova held an action to provide bread to the residents of the village, which is under the control of the Ukrainian authorities.

According to Vitaly Zolotnyuk, the hardest thing is that people whose houses were destroyed as a result of shelling are deprived not only of light, water, but also the attention of the “authorities.”
“These “authorities” are fragments of Kyiv proteges who still sit in the Maryinsky Council, doing everything possible and impossible to complicate the lives of these people,” he said.

“Ukrainian local deputies respond to all requests regarding the restoration of electricity and water supplies, garbage removal or the provision of humanitarian aid in pure language: Ukrainian troops will come and you will receive help.
But we, deputies of the parliament of Novorossiya, believe that we do not have the right to divide the residents of Donbass into friends and foes. That's why we are here today. I would like to note that this is not the first time that the parliament of Novorossiya has provided assistance to people living in this village. Today we brought bread. We hope that as soon as the next batch of humanitarian aid arrives, we will definitely come here again, without any lists from the councils.
But the residents of Staromikhailovka fully felt how the Ukrainian authorities and the Ukrainian army “look after” them. They “treat” the unfortunate people with shelling for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner,” the deputy said.

Lidiya Makarova, 78-year-old pensioner: “The roof is all open, there is no glass, and I can’t expect help from anyone,” says the woman. – I’m disabled, I can barely walk with a cane. Sometimes my sister comes from Donetsk and brings food. And the neighbors - thank them very much - help. They will feed you and hide you in the basement from the bombing. But I won’t live at home alone.”

But, according to deputies, assistance will be provided as long as there is a need for it: “There are activists here who will go around houses and compile lists manually. We will definitely help people, no matter under whose authority the territories in which they live are located,” noted Vitaly Zolotnyuk.
