Poroshenko, your army is not our competitor! – the DPR recalled the defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Uglegorsk
Donetsk, February 02 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Kyiv should not count on its military superiority over the militia forces of the People’s Republics, says the leader of the Donetsk People’s Republic Alexandra Zakharchenko.

“If President Poroshenko thinks that his army can compete with us, let him look at how quickly we took Uglegorsk,” Zakharchenko said, speaking to reporters along with the head of the LPR, Igor Plotnitsky.
“They throw untrained reservists into battle who don’t really know how to hold a weapon. We have the strength of spirit, we lived here, live and will live, this is our land,” the DPR leader emphasized.
Zakharchenko recalled that against the backdrop of another wave of mobilization in Ukraine, the leadership of the people's republics decided to voluntarily recruit new fighters into the militia, and called on the Ukrainian people to abandon the unnecessary war. “A big request: come to your senses, there is no need to flood the fields of Donbass with Ukrainian blood,” the head of the DPR emphasized.
