Poroshenko ordered to sue Russia: special video message
Ukraine intends to appeal to an international court to punish Russia for gas production on the Black Sea shelf near Odessa. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko issued an instruction to Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin and released a special video.

“I am confident that Ukraine’s legal position is firm and based on clear evidence. Ukraine will prove, with the help of arbitration, the legal facts of the theft of natural resources by the Russian Federation and harm to the environment,” Poroshenko said.
As is known, in the Black Sea there were production platforms of the Crimean company Chernomorneftegaz, which also became Russian after the reunification of the peninsula with the Russian Federation.
Currently, Chernomorneftegaz platforms at sea are guarded by Russian warships and aircraft.
The other day, Ukrainian border guards made another attempt to approach the platform, but were pushed back by the Smetlivy patrol ship and a Russian bomber that took off into the sky.
The Ukrainians were forced to withdraw into Ukrainian territorial waters near Odessa.
