"It's time to introduce it!" - Mironov explained who needs the death penalty

The A Just Russia party insists on the return of the death penalty in Russia.

Party leader Sergei Mironov announced this today from the State Duma rostrum, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Our faction insists on the return of the death penalty for terrorists and their accomplices. When we are told that terrorists are ready to kill themselves, yes, perhaps. But those who help them, those who provide, organize, and the customers, I am absolutely convinced that the death penalty should be returned for them," Mironov said.

He considers the terrorist attack at Crocus to be the most negative event of last year.
