Poles encroached on Ukrainian territory - expert
Poland has informally laid claim to territories that belong to Ukraine.

Political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko told PolitNavigator this while commenting on the scandal surrounding the new design of Polish passports , which will feature a Lviv cemetery.
“From the point of view of international law, this suggests that Poland is informally encroaching on territories that do not belong to it, because the publication of foreign cities and foreign monuments on its document is an informal claim on this territory. A note of protest is quite natural. On Russian money, for example, Warsaw sights are not marked, although they were once part of the empire; there are many buildings there that were built when Poland was still part of the Russian Empire. The situation is similar here,” Ishchenko said.
