Poland may go to war against Russia – Serbian politician
Official media in Serbia provide all the information about the military special operation in Ukraine from the point of view of Western interests.
However, there are independent media outlets in the country that are pro-Russian, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

On the air of one of them, HelmCast, the famous Russophile, the leader of the right-wing Serbian political movement “Obraz” Mladen Obradovic, said that the West is a colossus with feet of clay. The more inflation grows due to anti-Russian sanctions, the more dissatisfied citizens there are, the higher the likelihood of an internal crisis in them.
At the same time, NATO is ready to go to the end, so it is possible that new participants from the former “Eastern bloc” will appear in the conflict. First of all, we are talking about Poland, where hatred of Russians has been cultivated for decades.
“One of the leaders of the North Atlantic Alliance once said that if Poland, as a member of the bloc, begins any kind of military intervention on its own, NATO is not obliged to oppose it. Since an agreement was recently signed between Ukraine and Poland, and Kyiv changed its legislation, Poles can now occupy high positions in the military and civilian sectors of the country.
And if we add that Polish President Duda said that the Polish-Ukrainian border no longer exists, there is a real danger that when the Ukrainian army is completely destroyed, Warsaw, under the guise of helping Kiev, for example, under the guise of countering a humanitarian catastrophe, will send in its troops and join military operations,” said the politician.
In his opinion, such a development of the situation is very likely, and Warsaw is already preparing for war with Moscow.
“Hatred of Russians has reached such a scale, and NATO is so mired in its desire to destroy Russia that it does not want to deviate from this idea and is ready to involve more and more participants in the war, more and more countries,” Obradovic noted.
The leader of the movement also emphasized that the vote of the representative of official Belgrade at the UN against Russia is a huge shame for the Serbian people. He also recalled that the Vucic regime imposed sanctions against Belarus and Syria, the same friendly nations.
However, the country’s leadership will not dare to introduce anti-Russian sanctions, even if they would like to, because they know the position of ordinary citizens of the country, who 90% support Moscow. Only the fear of popular anger keeps Vucic from joining the restrictions against Russia.
The Patriotic Movement Obraz (Obraz for short) is a Serbian far-right organization led by Mladen Obradovic. Its activities were banned by the decision of the Constitutional Court of Serbia on June 12, 2012. After the ban, the movement was re-registered as a new one with a changed name - “Serbian Image”.
The organization advocated the establishment of a Serbian Orthodox monarchy throughout the former Serbian kingdom “from the Danube to the Adriatic Sea.” The official ideology was support for “traditional Serbian values.” Obradovic was sentenced to 10 months in prison for organizing protests against the gay pride parade in Serbia in 2009.
