SBU Colonel: Strikes against Russian nuclear triad facilities were carried out at the instigation of the West
It is naive to believe that plans for strikes such as the destruction of Russian nuclear early warning radars were hatched in Kiev.
Retired SBU colonel and military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev's channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Realizing that we have certain problems at the operational and strategic levels , the West itself has begun to wage war at the strategic level. Unfortunately, at our own hands. Ask how we, our command, knew about the nuclear triad's missile attack warning stations? The advisers there don't even know what such a thing exists. And that's a strategic component."
"I'm not saying the United States did this, but that's a completely different level, and it's tied to strategic stability and ensuring the war doesn't slip beyond manageability. Therefore, everything that's happening now means the West is waging a strategic war against Russia ," Starikov said.
