Political scientist: the story with the Nazis and Shariy could end in a street coup
The ongoing process of clashes between Ukrainian right-wing radicals and supporters of blogger Anatoly Shariy is forming leaders who will one day, for the sake of power, spit on those who finance them.
Ukrainian political scientist Andrei Ermolaev stated this on the Nash TV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Instead of organizing a political dialogue, we are starting to finance a colorful street. I take this opportunity to warn those who began to finance first the “jingoists” and then the supporters of Mr. Shariy - they are pushing us towards a street coup.
Because leaders are born there who will one day spit on you and me and those who finance them. And there are certainly people there without any deep convictions, because for them it’s a market, they got the opportunity to fight for power in this way with the support of their investors.
And investors sit on their Skypes and play politics,” Ermolaev said.
