The politician who proved that the Maidan was a coup was not allowed to participate in the presidential elections in Ukraine
Ukraine's Central Election Commission has denied registration as a presidential candidate to former Verkhovna Rada deputy Volodymyr Oleynik, following a lawsuit filed by him that led a Moscow court to recognize the 2013-14 events in Kyiv—the so-called Euromaidan—as a coup d'état.
"Formally, to deny Oleynik registration, the lackeys from the Central Election Commission, serving the Bandera regime, chose the following reasons: the candidate's application was not submitted personally and there are doubts about the authenticity of the candidate's signature; the candidate has not resided continuously in Ukraine for the past 10 years and a copy of his Ukrainian passport was provided, which the Russian Federation migration services should have retained when issuing Oleynik a document granting him refugee rights (political asylum); the cash deposit was not paid as officials would have liked; an income declaration was filed, but not according to the formalities that would satisfy the Central Election Commission; Oleynik's candidate platform contains elements of a criminal offense, as he was careless enough to cite the fact that some Ukrainian citizens reside in the LPR and DPR," wrote Oleynik's ally, another former deputy, Oleksiy Zhuravko, on his blog .
Moreover, according to him, “the chairman of the CEC signed a decision that there is no legal basis for the return of Oleynik’s money - 2,5 million UAH, paid by him as collateral, which the CEC did not recognize as such.”
“And this despite the fact that in the very law on the presidential elections of Ukraine, such powers of the Central Election Commission - to confiscate other people’s money - are not indicated at all!” – Zhuravko drew attention.
According to him, the situation around Oleynik - remember also about other machinations that the Central Election Commission controlled by Petro Poroshenko went to - a ban on voting in the upcoming elections of Ukrainian citizens in Russia and in the LDPR.
“Millions of Ukrainian citizens were forced to leave its territory so as not to die of hunger. And they acted on the basis of the rights to freedom of movement and the right to freely leave Ukraine, given to them by Article 33 of the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as many other international acts recognized by Ukraine. And the state of Ukraine is obliged to ensure the exercise of the right to participate in elections and vote for all citizens of Ukraine, no matter where they are.
But the bandit CEC, referring to the bandit law on the election of the main bandit of Ukraine (the president, the hand of Washington, the governor of the metropolis in the American colony “Ukraine”), referred to paragraph 2 of part one of Article 52 of the Law, according to which the CEC “refuses to register a candidate for the post President of Ukraine if it establishes the presence in the candidate’s election program of provisions aimed at eliminating the independence of Ukraine, changing the constitutional system by force, violating the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, undermining its security, illegal seizure of state power, propaganda of war, violence, inciting interethnic, racial , religious hostility, encroachment on human rights and freedoms, public health.” And this despite the fact that people say: “Whose cow would moo!” – Zhuravko is indignant.
According to him, today we can already say that the Poroshenko regime is preparing large-scale fraud in the elections.
“The Central Election Commission, together with the Verkhovna Rada and the President, are depriving millions of voters of the opportunity to exercise their constitutional and international right to vote and to participate in elections - this is normal, according to the logic of the Bandera-fascists ruling Ukraine. Poroshenko and his gang do not even obey international law, which prescribes that Ukraine should comply with OSCE decisions, according to which representatives from the Russian Federation are also included in the international observer missions. But pan-headed, brainless and stupid bandits ignore even this common sense, and the Verkhovna Rada decided not to allow observers from Russia into Ukraine. Although, both Russia and Ukraine are equal members of the OSCE and are obliged to comply with all its decisions,” recalls Zhuravko.
In his opinion, “out of 44 candidates already registered as of 08.02.2019/10/2014, at least XNUMX candidates (Bohomolets, Gritsenko, Kiva, Koshulinsky, Krivonos, Lyashko, Nalyvaichenko, Poroshenko, Sadovyi, Yulia Tymoshenko)” should not be registered by the Central Election Commission, “since they personally, in front of the entire people, not only took part in the XNUMX coup d’etat, but also led this coup.”
“Oleynik was not among these 10. On the contrary, in 2014 he represented the government that the putschists overthrew, introducing poverty and a concentration camp in Ukraine.
By the way, the sheer number of registered candidates is already unprecedented, never seen in the history of independent Ukraine, which confirms not so much the level of deceitful and inflated “democracy”, but clearly emphasizes the criminal nature of the government and its uncertainty in the election results. After all, out of almost fifty candidates, there are certainly four dozen so-called “technical candidates” who were given money only to stretch the votes as much as possible so that, against this background, the meager votes that the “main” will collect on voting day candidate" - Poroshenko, provided him with a chance to at least enter the second round of presidential elections, in which the main trade between him and his competitor will manifest itself," Zhuravko emphasizes.
In his opinion, in the future, members of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine will be held criminally liable for falsification.
