The funeral of a Ukrainian neo-Nazi in Lviv turned into a huge scandal
The funeral of Ukrainian neo-Nazi Bohdan Sloboda, whose death in the Donbas war zone was previously reported , turned into a major scandal in Lviv – it turned out the Ukrainian soldier died during a drunken brawl, and command mistakenly sent the body of another soldier to his parents.
Official representative of the operational command of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov spoke about this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The funeral in Lvov was marked by scandalous statements from family members who did not identify the deceased as their relative. As it turned out, the OOS command mistakenly sent the body of another serviceman home.
This case caused a wide public outcry, and in order to smooth out the situation and shield the command of the UFU, Ukrainian military propagandists immediately got involved in this case, who, through controlled media, spread information that, allegedly, in the end, the mother recognized her son by his moles and the results DNA examination,” said Daniil Bezsonov.
He noted that even a person ignorant of medicine understands that conducting a DNA test is an expensive and time-consuming procedure.
“The answer is simple, there was no DNA test, and there could not have been, since in reality there is a fact of negligence on the part of officials. It is possible that this is not the only case of delivery of other people’s bodies to relatives, which indicates the disregard for the Ukrainian military command towards its servicemen - both during life and after their death,” Bezsonov added.
PolitNavigator previously reported that drunken Ukrainian soldiers shot their commander after he reprimanded them for drinking alcohol.
