Kyiv, February 13 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Fighting continues in the Donbass, despite the achievement of new truce agreements: the parties blame each other for the offensives and deny their losses.

“In the Donbass they did not stop trying to conduct offensive operations in the Debaltsevo area. The enemy, despite significant losses in the area of Logvinovo and Nizhnee Lozovoye over the past 8 hours (in total - 10 units of armored vehicles and up to XNUMX units of motor vehicles), continues to attack,” People’s Deputy Dmitry Tymchuk wrote on his Facebook page .
“An active counter-battery fight continues in the area of the Bakhmut highway. Also in this area, the enemy is trying to pull up his mortar crews almost close to the positions of the Ukrainian troops, in the calculation that the Ukrainian artillery will not open fire due to the possibility of hitting the positions of its troops,” he claims.
According to him, the situation in the Mariupol region remains difficult. “Units of the National Guard of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Armed Forces continued offensive battles in the Novoazovsky direction. The enemy has deployed an armored group (4 tanks and 4 armored fighting vehicles) to this area and is inflicting massive fire strikes on advanced Ukrainian units,” Tymchuk said.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier battalion commanders of volunteer battalions announced an assault on Logvinovo and attacks in the Mariupol direction. The DPR calls these offensive attempts by Ukrainian troops ineffective. At the same time, military experts say that on the eve of February 15 there will be the toughest fighting due to the belligerents’ attempts to take more territory from the enemy.
