Vladimir Volya, an expert at the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, drew attention to this point during a press conference in Kyiv.
“The emphasis on the fact that the word “aggression” was included does not change the fact that after so much work of Petro Alekseevich Poroshenko, the terms “DPR” and “LPR”, “DPR authorities”, “DPR courts” were returned to international documents,” the political scientist emphasized . – In fact, for a whole day a year and a half ago, when Minsk-2 was signed, the Ukrainian delegation sought to have ORDLO instead of LPR-DPR. But with the light hand of Gerashchenko, Ariev and other jingoists, it turned out that they returned these formulations, albeit not to an international legal document, but to a political document. In the diplomacy of the negotiation process, this can be regarded as a serious setback.
