“The ceasefire regime is not being respected by the Ukrainian Armed Forces; one violation of the ceasefire regime was recorded per day,” the message says.

Let us recall that the Minsk agreements of February 12 this year provide for the creation of a security zone with a width of at least 50 km, for which the parties pledged to withdraw artillery systems of 100 mm or more caliber to an equal distance.
