Victory is inevitable: a Galician led the Canadian army

This was reported by the press service of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Twitter.

“Prime Minister Trudeau welcomes Lieutenant General Paul Winnick, who today assumed command of the Canadian Army,” the note said.

Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine Roman Vashchuk added on his Twitter page, that Vinnik is the grandson of Ukrainian immigrants from Stryi in the Lviv region.
