Ukraine should not expect anything breakthrough from the visit of Chinese leader Xi Jinping to the United States - Beijing will not refuse cooperation with Russia.
Former Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Yuriy Shcherbak stated this on the air of the Pryamyi TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The retired diplomat recognized the entire continent as a “continent of evil,” including Russia, China and other countries.
“I don't think there will be any radical changes. Knowing the Chinese tradition - solid and thousand-year-old, they will not give up Putin, they will not give up on the mainland. I don't call it the axis of evil, but the continent of evil. Because this is the heartland of Eurasia, where the common borders are Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.
They have joint borders, Pakistan is adjacent to the joint borders, the countries of Central Asia are adjacent and Turkey is adjacent,” Shcherbak said.
