The current Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is a very stingy person, so he may not want to finance the BPP in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
This opinion was expressed on the YouTube channel “PolitWera” by Kiev political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
“If before this Pyotr Alekseevich bent over many businessmen, some of whom were also given for party [life], now they say: “Sama, sama, sama.” Pyotr Alekseevich is a very stingy person, with some pathologies in this regard, even this is real. How will it be spent on the party? I want to see this. How will they conduct the primaries fairly? I want to look at it,” the expert said.
At the same time, he noted that party building is lame not only in the president.
“Although many expect that there will be a Groysman project, I call it the “goyim ark”, for those who will run away from power. Groysman himself has a question, because as a majoritarian, have no doubt that he will pass through Vinnitsa for free, he has a very high authority and a very high rating of him as a mayor, they treat him very well. People will simply actually vote for him. And the list, you can invest a lot of money, don’t take 5% and you won’t pass. Therefore, he will still have this dilemma. The “Popular Front” will try too, with the same Yatsenyuk, he will pass through Chernivtsi as a majoritarian. How about keeping a list? It’s also unclear,” Dzhangirov concluded.
