“Near Lugansk, allegedly the militia shot down a Grad convoy. I declare with full responsibility that all captured Grad systems are located on the territory of the DPR, so we have nothing to do with it,” Zakharchenko said.

“The army of the Lugansk People's Republic has never fired at refugees or civilian housing. Not a single Grad installation was provided to us by the Russian Federation; all military equipment is captured and was obtained in battles with the enemy,” the Lugansk People’s Republic reported.

Let us remind you that earlier in the media there was information that near Lugansk a column of refugees was fired at from the Grad MLRS, allegedly delivered from the Russian Federation. The National Security and Defense Council stated that the shelling led to massive casualties among civilians.
