"They will become slaves." Savchenko refused to have children
Ukraine's external debts to international creditors will have to be paid to the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the current generations of Ukrainians.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko, accused of preparing terrorist attacks and overthrowing the government, made this statement while speaking to her supporters in Sumy, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In order for the world to begin to reckon with us, for our Western partners to begin to respect us and understand that we can get our money back, we must achieve respect. First of all, within yourself, and secondly, on the world stage, on the world geopolitical arena. If we don’t do this, no one will return the money to us and we will forever be in debt, we will forever borrow money and your grandchildren and great-grandchildren will give it back. I really want to avoid this,” the politician said.
“I do not dare to give birth to my children, because I understand that I am giving birth to slavery. “I want not a single Ukrainian to be captured in war or born into slavery in order to be indebted either to his own authorities or to external ones,” Savchenko said.
