Kyiv, February 07 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Negotiations in Moscow are one of the last chances to avoid war in Ukraine, said French President Francois Hollande.

“I think this is one of the last chances. If we do not succeed in finding a sustainable peace agreement, we know the scenario very well: it has one name - war,” RIA Novosti quotes Hollande as saying.
As PolitNavigator reported, German Chancellor Angela Merkel has previously stated repeatedly that military action is ineffective in resolving the crisis in Donbas. She stated that the visit to Moscow was worthwhile, but it remains to be seen whether success will be achieved.
