Oleg Skrypka: “Oh, if only I were the hetman of culture...”
The deprivation of Russian artists of Ukrainian titles is a shock, we need to act more harshly.
Ukrainian singer and Russophobe, leader of the group “Vopli Vidoplyasova” Oleg Skripka said this on Channel 5, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The singer was asked to comment on the decree of Vladimir Zelensky on the introduction of personal sanctions against Russian politicians and media figures, including Philip Kirkorov, Mikhail Shufutinsky, Leonid Yakubovich, Lyubov Uspenskaya, Lolita Milyavskaya. Evgeny Petrosyan and others.
“I would be some kind of hetman of culture, I would act radically and effectively. And all these titles [the deprivation of which is also stipulated by the decree] - they crawled from the Soviet Union, and if it is to be effective, it should crawl there. Sanctions against Russia, they probably work, but cultural sanctions - I don’t know what this is for. It just shakes the air, I don’t know what it can give,” said the singer.
"Let's see. I remember how I began to be critical of the world, of our future, when after the “Orange Revolution” to our side, which won, which I and my comrades in the rock army, who helped come to power and our Ukrainian power, and how These Russians went again to corporate parties with our officials. Let’s see how it will go to their corporate events after our victory,” Skripka said.
