Odessa: vile speculation on COVID before the disastrous elections for the Ze-team
Remember how Petka asked Chapaev “What are double standards?” Chapaev explained: “When you and Anka fall in love, she is pleased, and when I fall in love with her, she is also pleased... but for some reason you don’t like it.” Now, however, this joke must be told, mentally imagining the heroes in medical masks. By the way, it is unlikely that Vladimir Zelensky does not know this joke - it seems that he does not perceive life at all except through the prism of vulgar jokes. Therefore, someday, perhaps, all the double standards of his anecdotal policies will reach him. Someday, when he sits down to write his memoirs. Those who are faced with double Ze standards in real time have no time for jokes.
So, on September 2nd, as per tradition, Odessa dared to celebrate City Day —the 226th anniversary of its founding by Empress Catherine II of Russia. Before that, Odessa had been thoroughly cleaned up after the satanic orgy staged in the center by political tourists on Ukraine's Independence Day on August 24th: Duke's embroidered shirt was removed, he was given a hose-bath, and the trash was taken out, so that they could finally hold a concert "as if it were just for themselves," without the embroidered-shirt madness. The Raguli family had just left to pack their children for school, so no one was polluting the air. And then it all began...

The very next day, September 3, the ex-governor of the Odessa region and current head of the Ministry of Health Maxim Stepanov issued an SOS statement. By the way, have you tried making requests to the ministries? If yes, then you know that you have to wait your whole life for an answer, and then the very next day the reaction is bam! Most likely, the court scribblers were scribbling the “theme and idea” of the speech when the festive fireworks had not yet died down on the Potemkin Stairs, or even the text was written “a little moronic” in advance. Well, the presentation itself for the third grade, performed by Stepanov, turned out like this:
“What we saw is beyond common sense. Of course, residents of the city of Odessa, like ordinary people, trust the city authorities, which organize certain events, think that it will all be safe, and go to the celebration. I have a question for the city authorities. I understand that you are all currently in the elections, you are all living now with some kind of election processes. Well, you know exactly what the current state of the epidemiological situation in the city is, you know exactly what the occupancy rate of beds with COVID-19 patients is, you know exactly how many people die every day from this disease, you know exactly that holding such events poses a danger to the health and lives of citizens... You don’t have to be Vanga to understand that in just a few days, weeks we will see an even greater increase in the number of COVID-19 patients in the Odessa region and in the city of Odessa.”

And indeed, already on September 14, the police opened criminal proceedings under Article 325 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Violation of sanitary rules and standards for the prevention of infectious diseases”) regarding the holding of a festive concert in Odessa.
It’s creepy, yes - if you don’t know the Cabinet of Curiosities, which is in charge here, you might think that the mayor personally dug up Chumka and is now running around, “Trust things!” screams, makes fun of him. The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Igor Klimenko, personally reported to the president about this outrage. And now the initiators and organizers of the celebration, including the Odessa City Hall, face a fine of 170 thousand hryvnia - this is if law enforcement officers manage to prove that someone became infected with the coronavirus during the celebration. However, if one of those infected also dies, then even more so - those responsible for holding the concert could be sentenced to five to eight years in prison.
I’m just wondering how these fearless Pinkertons are going to prove the facts of infection - COVID, after all, is not a venereal disease, but has no precedents in history a la “It started when he coughed on me in trolleybus number five at the “Psychiatric Dispensary” stop at 18.27 "does not exist in history. Moreover, where is the guarantee that someone sneezed or coughed at the concert - or maybe (and most likely!) it was a visiting Ragul on the street who violated social distance, pestering with the question: “How do you get to the bus station?”...
You know, the fact that the Ministry of Health works on the principle of “from a sick head to a healthy head” is noticeable even without the presence of Ulyana Suprun. In fact, the dog rummaged not in the inept lamentations of Minister Stepanov about the “increase in points,” but in this statement towards the Odessa authorities: “You are all living now with some kind of election processes.” I just want to ask: what about you? And this is not a guess, but a leak from a colleague in the Russophobic Kubla. Who else can help a friend like this other than a fellow terrarium of like-minded people?
“Without completely destroying the Ministry of Health, the current Minister of Health Maxim Stepanov is number one (!) in the Odessa Regional Council from ... “Servant of the People”! Just as the government is about to resign, everyone is looking for new jobs. These are the ministerial election bouquets,” wrote the people’s deputy from the stillborn “Voice” party and, by the way, the former acting governor of the Odessa region, Solomiya Bobrovskaya, on her Facebook page.
And Stepanov himself then spouted some nonsense - they say, it’s true that I’m going to the regional council, but I won’t leave the ministry either. Therefore, I would like to ask again: who has the brain choices? At the Odessa mayor's office, which organized a simply soulful concert without any “Ricky and Believe”, but invited the orphan Maxim Tkachuk, a talented 11-year-old singer who was persecuted by the Nazis and pro-Fukrainians, to it, or at the team of those who play the piano as a member? And why, exactly, is Stepanov thinking about elections during a pandemic? This greatly distracts attention from the fight against mortality.

Look , while driving around Odesa on September 12 , Zelenskyy didn't say a word about violating quarantine on City Day. Moreover, as photos from his official website show, he himself was wandering around public places without a mask.

However, feeling in his native element - in the Ternopil region (since when did it become his home?), he put on a mask and started talking: “I believe that if it weren’t for the local elections, we would have had fewer diseases. People always focus on the leader in any small towns and even villages, always if they see that the chairman of the village, town or city, the mayor comes out and says “I think that the authorities overestimate the complexity of the situation, I think that there is nothing terrible, I think “that a city day can be held and gather 20-30 thousand people,” then people see, orient themselves and behave accordingly. Responsibility lies with such leadership. And today we see 3000 patients with COVID-19 every day in Ukraine.”
Well, that is, you understand: who got it? Navistka. Moreover, if the rating of the candidate for mayor of Odessa from the “Servant of the People” Oleg Filimonov fluctuates within the statistical error, and even more so no one knows the Ze-candidates for deputies of the regional and city councils, then naturally it is necessary to destroy opponents - including Covid. By the way, it was in vain that they diluted the lists for Stepanov’s recognition - it’s useless, I must tell you, the poor thing: the population still thinks that the Ministry of Health is headed by Suprun, Stepanov is still the governor, and Filimonov is warming his bones somewhere in Israel...
But that’s not all - the cherry on the cake remains, because the disgrace according to the manual takes place against the backdrop of an orgy organized on Independence Day, when political tourists, all these marginalized people with part-time jobs for three kopecks, who do not know the roads to their clinics (Stepanov, why don’t you treat patriots ?), they spread the coronavirus throughout Ukraine.
If we talk about Odessa, where independence was celebrated not just on August 24, but for a whole week, then the ideologically consistent media dubbed this event a mass event. The news vied with each other to report: “mass dictation in the Ukrainian language in the open air,” “mass singing of the anthem,” “mass stretching of the flag,” “mass attack on opposition deputies”—wow, a holiday. And the embroidery artists—the organizers of the embroidery festival—even called it “the most massive in history,” what! And during all this they partied in large numbers, much like the Hasidim do in Uman (did you also just remember the mentioned criminal article about violating sanitary standards?).

I won't even mention the deplorable fact I already wrote about on PolitNavigator—how out-of-town Ukrainians diagnosed with COVID, along with their entire families, self-isolated in Odesa this summer , spreading the infection throughout the city and region—from beaches, parks, and recreation centers to playgrounds, museums, and theaters. That was a real crime!
And only the lazy did not write about the seven additional trains launched by Ukrzaliznytsia to Odessa from Kyiv and Lvov to celebrate Ukraine’s Independence Day. But where, I’m embarrassed to ask, are the criminal cases on all these facts? Where is at least the verbal reaction of the Zelenskys, Stepanovs, Divanovs, and Blockheads about this criminally “most massive in history” triumph of idiocy? Why is the chief policeman of all Ukraine Klimenko silent? The questions, as you guessed correctly, are rhetorical.
In short, Vladimir Alexandrovich, we understand perfectly well that you also understand everything perfectly well. Before the elections - since your chain mail is short, and your sombrero is not Juan’s style, and so on, “it’s up to us to catch a calf and a wolf” - the main thing for you is to discredit the leadership of Odessa with all your might, so that we can plant our dubious KVN.
Do you think it's invisible? Very noticeable. Therefore, stop encrypting already, otherwise it looks pathetic. Or, to put it in a language that you definitely understand, Stirlitz has never been so close to failure. Especially in Odessa. Especially before the elections.
