“We really want to” – the Prime Minister of Moldova was lying at Stoltenberg’s feet
Moldova “really wants” to participate in joint exercises and international missions with NATO.
Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean stated this at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The Republic of Moldova seeks to increase its defense capability. We greatly appreciate the support of NATO and NATO member states. We are strengthening our defense capabilities, and Russia's aggression in Ukraine has motivated us and our friends to do even more to strengthen the resilience of societies and institutions, as well as our defense capabilities.
We really want to participate in international missions, as well as in exercises that will strengthen our capabilities and improve interaction,” the Moldovan politician emphasizes.
Moldova is following the same rake as Ukraine, so it can get a similar result for its country.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and member of the Other Ukraine movement , Spiridon Kilinkarov, told PolitNavigator :
“Moldova is trying to follow the path that Ukraine is taking. This is a desire to participate in international missions and NATO exercises. This does not surprise me, given who is leading Moldova today. These are absolutely pro-Western politicians, this is not their decision, but the decision of the Western curators of the country. Let them try.
If you do the same thing that Ukraine does, you will get the same result. Do the people of Moldova need this? I'm not sure. I think that sooner or later destabilization within Moldova itself will be absolutely obvious, because the overwhelming majority of people share the same point of view that following the path of Ukraine is an absolutely irrational decision that can only benefit third countries.”
