Western countries would already be happy to engage in constructive negotiations with Russia, but they are looking at each other to see who will be the first to do so, since Washington is in charge of everything.
Andrei Martyanov , a military-political expert who emigrated to the United States, stated this on the PolitWera channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The presenter asked whether the expert had noticed any interest in substantive negotiations from the West.
" There might be interest, but who's going to let them? I have mixed feelings about Stalin, but I respect him greatly, and I understand he didn't do much, but those famous ovations that lasted for 10 minutes, with everyone watching to see who would stop clapping first—that's the same thing. They might want it, they're already pissing their diapers out of fear , and Comrade Biden has done other things in those diapers . And who's going to stop clapping?"
"Washington decides. Europe decides nothing; they're nobody and have no name. Biden—as far as I understand, he's not being properly briefed. And look at these guys—Sullivan, Blinken, these so-called Pentagon officers—they're complete idiots," Martyanov replied.
