The State Department of Statistics of Ukraine recorded a drop in prices for clothing and footwear, but this only indicates that the financial situation of Ukrainians continues to deteriorate.

The President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center, Alexander Okhrimenko, spoke about this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“I would like to draw your attention to the fact that now, according to the State Statistics Service, prices for clothing and shoes have fallen. Hooray! Second-hand stores began to be counted. Today we have nothing thanks to the great “successes” of our reformers, and therefore people began to actively buy second-hand and stock goods. As a result, our prices for both clothing and shoes, according to State Statistics Service data for the first half of the year, have decreased. Finally, we have achieved great success,” the expert comments caustically.
