“Night Wolves” will receive a unique territory in the Crimean Mountains for next to nothing
On the morning of July 27, at a meeting, members of the Sevastopol government renewed their decision to lease to the Night Wolves motorcycle club a plot of 266 hectares in a unique corner of the Crimean Mountains - at the foot of Mount Gasforta.

The Legislative Assembly previously opposed the transfer of the territory to the motorcycle club, emphasizing that the Night Wolves did not provide for public discussion the necessary documents about the territory development project and the impact of the facility on the environment.
In addition, deputies drew attention to the fact that bikers receive a unique plot in the Crimean Mountains for next to nothing - for one square meter, “Night Wolves” will pay 0,1 percent of the 537 rubles established by the state cadastre.
During Ukrainian times, this territory belonged to the Balaklava mining administration of the Kyiv oligarch Vadim Novinsky. The bikers themselves believe that they are faced with intrigues in the interests of the billionaire. The leader of the Night Wolves motorcycle club, Alexander “Surgeon” Zaldostanov, even challenged the head of the Sevastopol Legislative Assembly, Alexei Chaly, to a duel.
